Columbia Parks and Recreation coordinates programs, special events and activities for all ages and abilities. 

Some offerings include swimming, golf, sports leagues, outdoor programming, life enrichment classes, and city-wide special events.

The department manages more than 2,800 acres of parkland, 37 miles of trails, 65 parks, five aquatic facilities, two golf courses and the ARC (Activity and Recreation Center).
